Dr. Carmen Herrero, a great breast cancer researcher, dies at the age of 37

The doctor Carmen Herrero passed away this Saturday from a metastatic gastric cancer at age 37, as reported by the Castellón Hospital Consortium, where he worked.

The health company stood out in the field of oncology where he gave himself “in body and soul” to his patients, as highlighted by the center.

He studied Medicine and Surgery at the University of Valencia and later specialize in Medical Oncology. He also completed a master’s degree in Molecular biology in Madrid and an external rotary in the Hospital de Massachusetts in the drive breast cancer.

The doctor stood out for her research on breast cancer. In 2019 she received the Professor Antonio LLombart Rodríguez Award from the Real Academy of Medicine of the Valencian Communitywhich allowed him to enter the Royal Academy of Medicine of the Community as Corresponding Academician.
