Revenue stated employers can correct “bona-fide classification errors” for 2024 and 2025.This is a chance too get things right.

If employers don’t review their practices and disclose issues, they’ll face the full penalty – including tax, interest, and penalties – if misclassification is discovered later. Revenue Commissioners made this clear.
