The ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills, high attention to detail, be process oriented, and have strong database skills.They must exercise sound judgment and discretion, manage multiple staffing schedules, solve problems, possess effective interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, and be highly organized. Candidates are expected to be committed to multiculturalism and working wiht a diverse clientele.

This job requires regular work at assigned evening and/or weekend events; the ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds; and the ability to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong experience with hospitality services and interacting with a variety of constituents.
experience working events or related operations, especially related to gate entry, parking, and event logistics.
Experience with personnel hiring, scheduling, and timekeeping for a large part-time work force.
