Alberto Núñez Feijóo insists that Spain is not condemned to “decide between accepting the blackmail” of Carles Puigdemont “or new elections”, but that there is a third way: a state pact between PP and PSOE to improve the “fit” of Catalonia in Spain, but within the Constitution.
