Morano, a radio host, was supported by the Staten Island GOP. Some confidantes of President Donald Trump, including Roger Stone and Rudy Giuliani, also threw their support behind him.
Fossella, the 27-year-old son of Borough President Vito Fossella, previously worked in finance.
Hagen is a middle school teacher who has advocated against overdevelopment in the district.
The district includes the south shore of Staten Island, including the neighborhoods of Great Kills, Tottenville, Annadale, Huguenot, Rossville, Pleasant Plains, Eltingville, Bay Terrace, Charleston, Prince’s Bay, Richmond Valley, Woodrow, Arden Heights and Greenridge, and parts of Heartland Village and New Springville.
