Astro’n’out Wins Golden Microphone Award for Collaboration “Haosā”
Latvian pop/rock band Astro’n’out, formed in 2003, has received significant recognition for their 2020 collaboration with Sudden Lights, “Haosā.” The song was awarded the Golden Microphone 2021 Award in the Radio Hit category.
Golden Microphone Award Criteria
The “Radio Hit” category of the Golden Microphone Award is determined by a combination of radio airplay and station ratings. The award considers the number of times a song is played on radio stations, multiplied by the ratings of those stations, ensuring both reach and frequency are factored into the decision. To be eligible, a song must have been played on at least three radio stations.
