The Michelin Guide has updated its list of Bib Gourmand restaurants for Ireland, recognizing 26 establishments that offer “tremendous value for money without skimping on flavour.”1 A Bib Gourmand designation signifies high-quality cooking at a reasonable price, but does not equate to a Michelin star.
