Isabella Slope has filed a lawsuit against Beele following the viral spread of an intimate video featuring both of them. According to TMZ, the Venezuelan influencer took legal action in Miami courts, accusing her ex-partner of leaking the private content less than a year after their separation in October 2024.

Reports indicate that the lawsuit details how the pair filmed sexual videos on their phones at Beele’s request. One of the videos was leaked online shortly after their breakup.

TMZ reports that Slope claims Beele was the only person, besides herself, with access to the video. She states she deleted her copy before the material surfaced online on September 7th.

According to the lawsuit, Slope did not consent to the video’s publication, and its release caused her meaningful shame, humiliation, and mental anguish.

Slope reportedly asked Beele to delete the sexual recordings in May 2024, but he refused and questioned her trust in him.

The lawsuit suggests the possibility that Beele’s wife, Camila Rodríguez, may have accessed the videos on his phone. Though, Slope primarily blames Beele for the leak, as he allegedly never deleted the recordings.

Beele is being sued for invasion of privacy, sexual cybernetics, intentionally inflicting emotional distress, and negligence. Slope is seeking compensation and punitive damages.
