Man Receives Additional Fine for Intimidating Journalist during Court Appearance
Johor Baru, June 26 – A 50-year-old man, already facing penalties for previous offenses, appeared before the Johor Baru magistrate’s Court today and was again penalized for threatening a member of the press. Muhammad Firdaus Abdullah was ordered to pay a fine of RM3,000 for criminal intimidation, with a four-month prison sentence as an alternative if the fine remains unpaid.
