KPK Confiscates 15 Properties in Corruption Probe Involving PT Jembatan Nusantara
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has confiscated 15 properties belonging to Adjie, the owner of PT Jembatan Nusantara Group, in connection with an investigation into alleged corruption in the acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry.
KPK spokesperson Tessa Mahardhika revealed that the confiscated properties include four houses in Pondok Indah, South Jakarta, one each in Bogor and Menteng, Central Jakarta, three in Darmo, Surabaya, and two in Graha Famili Surabaya. The assets were seized as part of the ongoing investigation into the suspected corruption.

The Scope of the Investigation
The KPK launched an investigation into the alleged corruption on July 18, 2024, focusing on the business cooperation and acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry between 2019 and 2022. The project under investigation amounts to Rp1.3 trillion, with an estimated financial loss to the state of Rp1.27 trillion.
“The exact amount of state losses in this case is still being calculated by the auditor,” said Tessa.
As part of the acquisition, PT ASDP also reportedly acquired 53 units of ships.
Further Actions
To facilitate the investigation, KPK investigators coordinated with the Directorate General of Immigration at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights to issue travel bans on four individuals.
