They will drop to +5 degrees Celsius in parts of Kurzeme and Vidzeme. Meanwhile, the southeastern portion of the country will stay milder at up to +12 degrees Celsius.

In the capital city of Riga, forecasters expect variable cloudiness with no precipitation and a light wind on Tuesday. Morning fog may form in parts of the city. Nighttime temperatures in central Riga will drop to +11 degrees Celsius, while suburban areas will experience cooler lows ranging from +7 to +10 degrees Celsius. After midday, temperatures in the city will warm to between +18 and +19 degrees Celsius.
