AS Latvian Maritime Medical Center board reminds that this Friday, February 13, 2026, at At 4:00 p.m., the repurchase of shares of JSC Latvijas Jūras medišų centrs ends.
In order to exercise his right to participate in the share buyback, the shareholder needs to contact his securities holder to submit an order to sell the shares of JSC Latvijas Jūras medišų cents as part of the share buyback offer.
If the shareholder does not have a securities account, but owns shares of AS Latvijas Jūras medišų centrs, the shareholder must contact a bank or brokerage company and open a securities account in order to transfer the shares of AS Latvijas Jūras medišų centrs to his securities account. This operation will be carried out by a bank or a brokerage company at the request of the shareholder by submitting an application for deregistration of shares. Once the shares have been transferred to the shareholder’s securities account, the shareholder can participate in the repurchase of the shares.
After the exclusion of the shares of JSC Latvijas Jūras medišų centrs from the stock exchange, the shares of the company will no longer be able to be bought or sold on the stock exchange at the current stock price or the current repurchase price. Shareholders will have to find a buyer for their shares themselves. You will also have to agree on the price of the transaction and one share yourself.
According to the decision of the Bank of Latvia, the price of one share is set at EUR 7.89, which exceeds the weighted average price of the company’s shares on the stock exchange in 2025, which was EUR 7.62.
