Potential Hazards
While Leon has left PAR, its trough continues to bring weather disturbances to parts of the Philippines.

Metro Manila and the Rest of the Country:** Partly cloudy to cloudy skies are anticipated, with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms. Severe thunderstorms could also trigger flash floods and landslides.
Strong winds, moving southwest to south, are expected in Northern Luzon, leading to rough coastal waters. Moderate to strong winds, also southwest to south, are forecast for the rest of Luzon, with moderate to rough coastal waters.
Visayas will experience light to moderate wind speeds moving southwest to south, while coastal waters will be slight to moderate. Mindanao can expect light to moderate winds moving northeast to east, with slight to moderate coastal waters.
Gusty conditions (strong to gale-force) are also anticipated in areas outside Wind Signal areas, particularly coastal and upland areas exposed to winds. These areas include Batanes, Babuyan Islands, northeastern mainland Cagayan, and eastern Isabela.
Track and Intensity Outlook
Leon is currently heading towards the East China Sea and is expected to weaken further throughout the forecast period due to unfavorable environmental conditions. No Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal was raised.
