Remembering Maura O’Neill from Ballykeeran, Athlone
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Maura O’Neill, who peacefully departed on Friday, November 1st, 2024, at her home in Kippinstown, Ballykeeran, Athlone, County Westmeath.
Maura was predeceased by her beloved husband, Francie. She will be dearly missed by her loving sons, Kenneth and Frank, daughters Mary, Deirdre, Michelle, Sinéad, and Elizabeth; brothers Jimmy, John, and Kevin; sisters Breda, Anne, and Kathleen; daughters-in-law Karen and Elizabeth; sons-in-law Anthony and Bernard; her cherished grandchildren Darragh, Rory, Kate, Matthew, Emily, Aaron, Caoimhe, Evelyn, Piper, and Shanree; and a wide circle of in-laws, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours, and friends.
Funeral Arrangements
Reposing at Flynn’s Funeral Home, The Strand (N37 WY17) on Sunday from 6:30pm until 8pm. The Requiem Mass will be held on Monday morning at 10:30am in Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Coosan, followed by burial in Cornamagh Cemetery.
