Hackensack, NJ – MAX Surgical Specialty Management (MAX), a surgeon-led platform for oral and maxillofacial surgery (OMS) in the Northeast, continues to expand its presence in New Jersey. The company announced on February 18, 2026, a new partnership with William G. Ranucci, DMD and the growth of Riverside Oral Surgery’s surgical team, adding a tenth location to the Riverside network.1
Riverside Oral Surgery Welcomes Dr. Ranucci and New Team Members
Dr. Ranucci, a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with over 32 years of experience, leads Oral & Maxillofacial Associates of Montclair, located at 54 Plymouth St.1 He has been recognized as a New Jersey Top Doctor for nine consecutive years.1 His practice offers a comprehensive range of services, including dental implants, bone and ridge grafting, frenectomies, reconstructive procedures, facial trauma care, and biopsies of the mouth, and face.2 Dr. Ranucci is known for adopting new technologies and advanced surgical techniques to promote optimal healing.1
In addition to Dr. Ranucci, MAX and Riverside Oral Surgery have welcomed Vincent Carrao, DDS, MD, and Kenneth Press, DMD, to the network. Both physicians will be based at Riverside Oral Surgery’s renovated West Orange office.1 Dr. Carrao is a board examiner and section co-chair with the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, with a background as chief of oral and maxillofacial surgery and program director for The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.1 Dr. Press previously served as an oral surgeon for the New York Jets and as chairman of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Morristown Medical Center.1
