The release of Metal Gear Delta, remake of the famous game of the saga created by Hideo Kojima and Konami, is scheduled for August 28, 2025, but at the launch of the game there will be no Fox Hunt mode, dedicated to proposing a renewed online experience in the game. As announced by KonamiFox Hunt will be released during autumn 2025, at the moment without specifying a precise date. The mode is described as:
- An exciting completely original online multiplayer multiplayer based on hiding place
- A unique online experience for Metal Gear that uses the central elements of the basic game: camouflage and survival.
