Elon Musk Faces New Paternity Allegation From Conservative Influencer
Elon Musk is once again in the spotlight amidst a paternity claim, this time from conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair. St. Clair, 26, publicly announced on Friday that she and Musk, 53, share a five-month-old child.
According to St. Clair’s representative, Brian Glicklich, the two parties had been privately working on a custody agreement.
"It is disappointing that a tabloid reporter, who repeatedly ambushed Ashley and her family, made it unfeasible to complete that process confidentially," Glicklich stated in a post on X (formerly Twitter). He further emphasized St. Clair’s expectation that Musk publicly acknowledge his role as the child’s father and finalize the agreement in the best interests of the child’s well-being and security.
Musk, known for his candid online presence, responded to the developing situation with a cryptic single word "Whoa" on X in response to a post alleging St. Clair had planned to "ensnare" him.
St. Clair swiftly criticized Musk’s indirect approach, stating, "Elon, we have been trying to communicate for the past several days and you have not responded. When are you going to reply to us instead of publicly responding to smears from an individual who just posted photos of me in underwear at 15 years old?”
St. Clair claims the public announcement was prompted by relentless media inquiries. Shortly after her initial statement, she thanked supporters and announced she was taking a break from X.
Should St. Clair’s claims be true, this would mark Musk’s 13th child. The Tesla and SpaceX CEO already has a large and complex family, fathering children with multiple women: Justine Wilson (five children), Grimes (musician, three children), and Shivon Zilis (Neuralink executive, twins).
Musk and several of his children were recently seen together during a meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
This latest paternity claim and Musk’s subsequent responses have ignited significant public discussion and speculation, highlighting the complexities of modern family structures and the intense scrutiny faced by high-profile individuals.
