Nevada Policy Announces Leadership Transition, Continues Commitment to Free Market Principles
Nevada Policy, a nonpartisan policy resource center dedicated to promoting limited government, individual liberty, and free markets, has announced a change in leadership. Kaeley Cook has been appointed as the modern President, effective February 17, 2026, succeeding John Tsarpalas, who will transition to the role of President Emeritus after eight years of service.
New Leadership
Kaeley Cook, a second-generation Nevadan with experience in both Northern and Southern Nevada, brings a comprehensive understanding of the state’s civic, political, and economic landscape to her new role. She has been with Nevada Policy for six years, most recently serving as Vice President of Finance, and has played a central role in the organization’s successes [1].
Ranson Webster, Chairman of the Board, expressed gratitude for Tsarpalas’ leadership, highlighting the organization’s growth and impact during his tenure. He also emphasized Cook’s institutional knowledge, leadership, and dedication to advancing Nevada Policy’s mission [1].
