Ryan Siewguitarist for the popular Australian metalcore band Polaris, he died unexpectedly at the age of 26.
“For 10 amazing years he was our best friend and artistic soul mate. Those years will never be enough“, the band has written in an emotional farewell in an Instagram post.
He died more than a week ago, on June 19 in the morning, but the band waited until this Wednesday to confirm his death on social networks.
They also said that their European summer tour will no longer continue.
“He was kind and intelligent, funny, brave and creative, and overflowing with talent. He loved art and beauty in all its forms. He loved good food in good company.
