As is known, Ms. (KE) Brosius-Gersdorf is legally against my expert documentation on suspicion of ghostwriting in her doctoral thesis. As my Cologne lawyer writes, it is now obviously a matter of “quoting” and “suppressing” meaningful results. Incidentally, this has been tried with legal letters since the beginning of my work, since 2006.
Text identities are empirically present to deny them, is actually impossible. The interpretations based on it are expert expressions of opinion. – So we argued.
In contrast to Frauke Brosius-Gersdorf, who has not published her expert opinion of the law firm Quaas and Partner in full version, I try to make the arguments as transparent as possible. Therefore, I publish the reply of my lawyers in full text.
