Remembering Sean: An Air Traffic Controller Loved by Many

Sean, a retired Air Traffic Controller from Ballygirreen, sadly passed away peacefully on December 7th, 2024, at Carrigoran Nursing Home. He was surrounded by his loving family.
Sean was pre-deceased by his wife Eileen and sister May.
Widely respected for his dedication to his career and his kindness to all, Sean will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
He is remembered with love by his children Norma, Marguerite, Philip and Mark, his grandchildren Daniel, Dylan, Eoin, Ellen, Ede and Mabel, his sons-in-law Damien and Eamon, his daughter-in-law Sarah, his brother Martin, his sister Margaret, his nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Rest in Peace
Sean’s remains will be reposing at Griffin’s Funeral Home, John’s Gate, Limerick, on Monday, December 9th from 5pm to 6.30pm.
His funeral Mass will be held at St. John’s Church, Cratloe, Co. Clare on Tuesday, December 10th, at 12 noon.
Burial will follow in Craughaun Cemetery, Cratloe, Co. Clare.
The family has requested that the house remain strictly private.
