Sebastian Bach to Front Twisted Sister on Fall 2026 Tour

Twisted Sister has announced that Sebastian Bach, former lead singer of Skid Row, will front the band for a limited run of select dates this fall. This collaboration comes after frontman Dee Snider retired from touring due to health challenges, leading to the cancellation of the band’s planned 50th-anniversary reunion shows.

Dee Snider’s Retirement and the Search for a Replacement

In early February 2026, Twisted Sister canceled all scheduled performances from April 25 through the summer following Dee Snider’s resignation. Snider cited a series of health challenges as the reason for stepping away from touring. He had previously discussed the possibility of a stand-in vocalist during a 2014 reunion, recognizing the need for a replacement in case of unforeseen circumstances, and even approached Sebastian Bach at that time. Blabbermouth reports that Snider has given his blessing to the band’s decision to continue with a new singer.

Bach Joins Twisted Sister

Twisted Sister members Jay Jay French and Eddie Ojeda announced the partnership with Bach on March 3, 2026. According to a statement released by the band, these appearances will not interfere with Bach’s existing solo touring schedule, which remains intact. Loudwire confirms the announcement.

Tour Details and Additional Personnel

As of March 4, 2026, specific dates for the fall tour have not been announced, though a performance at the Alaska State Fair on September 4th is currently listed on the band’s website. The Rock Revival also reports that drummer Joey Cassata (Z02/Trans Siberian Orchestra) will be joining the band for the upcoming tour. Cassata expressed his excitement about performing with Twisted Sister, stating he has been a fan since childhood.

Sebastian Bach’s Current Activities

Currently, Sebastian Bach is engaged in a headlining North American solo tour that will continue through early April. Consequence notes that the Twisted Sister dates will be scheduled around Bach’s solo commitments.
