Seiya Suzuki Injury Update: Cubs Outfielder Exits WBC with Knee Discomfort

Japan’s World Baseball Classic title defense came to an end on Saturday, March 15, 2026, with an 8-5 loss to Venezuela and was further compounded by an injury to Chicago Cubs outfielder Seiya Suzuki. Suzuki exited the game at loanDepot park in Miami with right knee discomfort.

Injury Details
