Southeast Missouri Gymnastics Scores 194.225 at Arizona Quad-Meet

TUCSON, Ariz. – The Southeast Missouri Gymnastics team achieved a score of 194.225 at the Arizona Quad-Meet on Friday night. The competition also included Ohio State (196.650), Arizona (196.300), and Texas Woman’s (194.325) at the McKale Center.

All-Around Performance

Senior Taylor Ingle competed in the all-around, securing a score of 39.075 in her 25th-straight all-around competition. She finished third in the all-around, surpassing Arizona’s Sophie Derr (39.050).

Event Highlights

Floor Exercise

The Gymhawks began the meet on the floor exercise, posting a team score of 48.350. Taylor Ingle and Leah Parton led the way, each earning a score of 9.750.

Vault

On vault, SEMO Gymnastics recorded a 48.700, bringing their total score to 97.050 after two rotations.

Uneven Bars

The Gymhawks scored 48.100 on the uneven bars, led by Taylor Ingle with a 9.750. Junior Ava Johnston contributed a 9.650, the second-highest score on the apparatus.

Balance Beam

Southeast Missouri concluded the meet with a strong performance on the balance beam, achieving a meet-high score of 49.075 – their highest score on any apparatus during the competition. Junior Jaidan Kossuth and Senior Nyah Reader each earned a 9.850, leading the team. Taylor Ingle and Jordan Napolitano tied for second place with scores of 9.800 each.

The Gymhawks finished the meet with an overall score of 194.225.
