Role Description

We’re seeking a thoughtful, talented, and experienced Senior Manager to accelerate program growth within our UKI Sales Programs team. Our focus is on equipping Account Executives (AEs) with the skills to generate high-quality pipeline efficiently,and ultimately,drive overall Seller Success. We need people who are passionate about helping sales teams win and are driven to make a real impact. Every program we launch is designed to deliver measurable revenue results.

You’ll be a key business partner to a Sales Leader, working closely with them and their team to understand their pipeline generation needs. You’ll become a trusted advisor, collaborating with a diverse group across the UKI region to develop and execute sales programs that meet pipeline and ACV targets.Then, you’ll track the results and refine programs based on what we learn.

the ideal candidate has either direct sales experience or has worked closely with sales teams, understanding the mindset and needs of a salesperson. You also need a strong understanding of how to develop and implement structured programs. Your analytical skills, executive presence, collaborative spirit, and problem-solving abilities will allow you to act as a trusted advisor and business partner to Sales leaders. You don’t just wait for assignments; you proactively identify opportunities to improve productivity and success through data analysis.
