ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.- A shooting investigation has become a homicide investigation after 21-year-old Tyrone Howard died from his injuries. The incident happened shortly after 2 p.m. today at 3101 Emerson Avenue South.
Police and rescue crews responded to the scene after howard’s vehicle crashed into a parked car near Robco Transmission & Auto. Thay found Howard with a gunshot wound. He was transported to Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital, where he died. His family has been notified.
