French streamer Zack Nani has been awarded the exclusive online broadcast rights for games involving the French Under-21 men’s national soccer team.

The two-year deal, agreed with the French Football Federation (FFF), allows Nani to stream matches on his YouTube, Free, and Twitch channels. He will also be able to post highlights of the games on his social media accounts.

The French U21 national team are scheduled to play at least 14 matches between 2025 and 2027, including nine qualification fixtures for the 2027 UEFA European Under-21 Championships.

Nani currently has over 1.1 million YouTube subscribers across multiple channels and 657,000 Twitch followers.

Earlier this year, the streamer acquired the French free-to-air (FTA) rights to the Saudi pro League for a six-figure sum. Nani is able to broadcast up to three games per match week as part of an initial one-season agreement.

Nani’s deal with the FFF was negotiated by IMG,which also helped broker his contract with the Saudi Pro League.

“I am proud to announce the acquisition of the rights to the France U21 national team until Euro 2027,” said Nani. “This offer complements the free football broadcasting approach we started this summer with the Saudi Pro league.

“I am passionate about football, and continuing to change the codes and trying to broadcast football differently are things that drive me. I thank the partners and those who made this possible.”

According to RMC Sport, Nani’s deal was agreed by the FFF despite an offer being made by France’s professional Football League (LFP) for its Ligue 1+ direct-to-consumer (DTC) service to broadcast the U21 team’s matches.

‘With this new broadcaster, the FFF reaffirms its desire to showcase its Espoirs selection in an innovative way, adapted to the new consumption patterns of its young supporters and the general public,’ the federation said.
