Super Robot Wars Y Demo Released Alongside New Trailer
with Super Robot Wars Y released at the end of this month, a demo has been released today along with a new trailer.
The demo functions like previous installments in the series, featuring save data that carries over to the main game. You only get to play Chapter 1, but it should be enough to determine if the game is for you.
The new trailer, released alongside the demo, showcases more of the game in action, from extraordinary new battle animations to character-building moments between missions.
I’m particularly excited for the Aura Battler Dunbine and Heavy Metal L-Gaim units, especially as Dunbine will also include its later OVA offspring, boasting the full and gorgeous mecha designs by Yutaka Izubuchi.
The trailer also details the game’s DLC, pre-order bonuses, and available versions.
like recent releases, a premium music download pack is available, allowing you to play the original music from the host anime during battles.
However, if you plan on video capture or streaming, it’s advisable to disable the anime songs and use the game’s variants to avoid potential music-related copyright strikes.
