Three minors testify for bullying a student from a school in Orense

Three minors have testified before the Judicial Police of the Civil Guard Command of Orense following a complaint of bullying against another classmate that was filed by the girl’s parents. The acts committed would be classified as a crime against the freedom of people.

As reported by the Orense Civil Guard, the investigation began following a complaint made by the parents of the student from a school in the province. In it, he was denounced verbal bullying, social isolation, public ridicule and teasing on school transport.

The events were also brought to the attention of the school center which, according to the Civil Guard, initiated the harassment protocol.

For its part, the proceedings were sent to the Investigative Court of Orense and to the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Officegiven that it is the competent area over those who have not reached the age of 18.
