TNI Commander Announces Key Leadership Changes

TNI Commander General Agus Subiyanto appointed Major General Djon Afriandi as Commander of the Special forces Command (Kopassus).

The appointment is detailed in TNI Commander Decree Number Kep/1033/VIII/2025,dated august 6,2025.

Djon Afriandi previously served as Danjen Kopassus. With the organizational restructuring, he now assumes the role of Pangkopassus, a promotion to a three-star general.

The commander also appointed Major General Endi Supardi as the commander of the Marine Corps (Pangkormar) and Air commodore Deny Muis as the Commander of the corps of the Fast Motion Troop (Pangkorpasgat).

These positions also represent promotions for Supardi and Muis.
