* Seating: All seats are non-reserved. Admission will be granted in the order of assigned advance ticket numbers. Please do not attempt to reserve seats for others.

* Floral Arrangements: Due to space limitations,large flower stands are generally not permitted.Tabletop arrangements are acceptable.
* Re-entry: Re-entry to the venue is strictly prohibited.

* Gifts for Performers: Letters and gifts for the performers will not be accepted.
* Smoking: Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire venue, including any designated areas.
* Photography & Recording: Photography and recording (audio and video) are not permitted during the event.
* Performer Circumstances: Please be aware that,due to unforeseen circumstances,performers may participate remotely,experience delays,change their schedule,or be unable to attend. Your understanding is appreciated.
* Ticket Policy: Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or cancelled except in the event of a performance postponement or cancellation.
* Alcohol Service: Alcohol will not be served to individuals under the age of 20 or to those arriving by car,bicycle,or motorcycle.
