The Chechen leader loyal to the Kremlin, Ramzan Kadyrovis in serious condition due to ongoing health problems, the representative of kyiv’s military intelligence, Andri Yusov, told the Ukrainian publication OBOZREVATEL.
Yusov said he had “information” that “the war criminal Kadyrov is in serious condition.”
“He has worsened from illnesses that he already suffered from,” added the representative of Ukrainian military intelligence (GUR).
Kadyrov has personally participated in the Russian military campaign in Ukraine. Its soldiers have shown special zeal when torturing Ukrainian civilians and military personnel, according to the Ukrainian authorities and according to victims of this torture.
“The information has been confirmed by various sources in medical and political circles,” Yusov explained. Kadyrov “has been ill for a long time, and we are talking about systemic health problems,” the GUR representative said. Kadyrov’s condition, he added, has worsened “in recent days”
