DineAmic Hospitality Expands its Greek Footprint
DineAmic Hospitality, known for its innovative restaurant concepts, is building on the success of its Chicago establishment, Lyra, and its initial Violi location in Oak Brook Village. Co-founder luke Stoioff expressed a long-standing affection for Naples, stating, “We’ve cultivated a strong connection with this city over many years. Following the positive reception of Lyra, we’re thrilled to introduce the genuine hospitality of Greece to Southwest Florida.” This strategic expansion reflects a growing national trend towards ethnic cuisine, with Greek restaurants experiencing a 12% increase in popularity over the last three years, driven by a consumer desire for fresh, flavorful, and healthy dining options.
A Culinary Journey Led by a “Top Chef” Champion
The 6,500-square-foot venue will feature a spacious, sun-drenched 1,500-square-foot patio overlooking Mercato’s Piazza, creating an inviting ambiance for diners. Leading the culinary team is Athinagoras Kostakos, the celebrated winner of Top chef Greece.Kostakos’ expertise will be instrumental in crafting a menu that showcases the best of Greek cuisine.
Instead of simply offering conventional dishes, Violi aims to elevate the experience.Expect signature plates brought to life with the artistry of wood-fired cooking – think succulent grilled lamb chops infused with smoky notes, and perfectly charred octopus. The menu will also feature fresh catches like Mediterranean branzino, prepared with simple elegance, alongside classic favorites like crispy spanakopitakia (spinach pie).
