Colter Nuanez is teh co-founder and senior writer for Skyline Sports, a publication dedicated to extensive coverage of the Big Sky Conference and beyond. His career in sports journalism spans thirteen years, beginning with a six-year tenure in the newspaper industry. Nuanez honed his skills at prominent regional publications including the Missoulian, the Ellensburg daily Record, and the Bozeman Daily Chronicle.
Recognized for his reporting,he was awarded the Washington Newspaper Association Sportswriter of the Year in 2009,the same year he graduated from the University of Montana Journalism School. This award acknowledged his dedication to insightful and engaging sports coverage.In August 2014, Nuanez partnered with his brother, Brooks, to establish Skyline Sports. This venture combined Colter’s expertise in writing with Brooks’ artistic talents, creating a platform to deliver in-depth sports reporting and visually compelling content.
