Gina Carano is no longer suing Lucasfilm and Disney. The companies settled with the actress on August 7 in her Elon Musk-funded lawsuit over allegations that she was wrongfully terminated from The mandalorian over her social-media posts in 2021. Naturally, she celebrated the news of the settlement on X. “I want to extend my deepest most heartfelt gratitude to Elon Musk, @elonmusk,” she wrote, “for believing in me and giving me the possibility to fight for what’s right.”
