A Volatile July Exchange
YoungBoy Never Broke Again has long used social media as a staging ground for his grievances.
The Instagram Trigger
The friction ignited on July 9, 2024. YoungBoy took to Instagram to fire a series of disparaging remarks at an unnamed target: “Fk all y’all ngas, and that other b*ch a*s n**ga better not flop tonight, man.”

The timing was unmistakable. Future was set to release his project The Real Me that same evening. While YoungBoy’s erratic delivery left the specific nature of his grievance muddled, observers immediately connected the hostility to the Atlanta rapper.
Offset’s Failed Intervention
The situation briefly cooled when YoungBoy joined an Instagram Live session with Offset. Recognizing the danger of a digital feud escalating into legal or reputational damage, Offset urged the younger rapper to contain his impulses.
For a moment, it worked. “On some G sh*t, I gotta stop that getting emotional sh*t ’cause I really let some other pu**y ass sh*t hurt me and that’s really what got me back on this b**ch going off, trippin’,” YoungBoy admitted. “I apologize to you and I apologize to them, too. It’s all good. I flashed out. I’m trippin’.”
A Rapid Reversal
The peace did not hold. Shortly after the conversation with Offset, YoungBoy returned to his feed to confirm his earlier insults were aimed squarely at Future. He abandoned all restraint, tagging the artist directly: “Bch, you flopped with your bch ass. I ain’t letting you slide. Fk you, you old ass bch.”
The Cycle of ‘Crashing Out’
Following this second outburst, YoungBoy attempted to walk back his comments once more. During a subsequent Instagram Live, he declared, “Nah, I quit, Offset. On my daughter, I ain’t going to respond to none of them b*ch a*s n**gas no more.”
This cycle of hostility, regret, and immediate reversal has become a hallmark of the rapper’s public persona.
