Lomax, who switched from the NRL to rugby union in March 2026, pairs with Kadin Prichard in the midfield for the final fixture of the tour.
Head coach Stephen Larkham implemented several rotations following a 61-12 victory over the Eagles in Nashville on October 24, 2026. Playmakers Kalani Thomas and Harry McLaughlin-Phillips earn starting nods, while Nathan Hastie and Tane Edmed drop to the bench. Wallabies winger Corey Toole enters the starting XV on the edge, completing a back three alongside Lachie Anderson and fullback Mac Grealy.

In the forward pack, Wallabies back rower Luke Reimer plays his first match of the tour at openside flanker. He joins a loose forward trio featuring Will Harris and man-of-the-match Nashville performer Joe Brial. Tom Lambert starts at loosehead prop alongside captain and hooker Matt Faessler and tighthead Zane Nonggorr in an all-Queensland front row. Lambert will join the primary Wallabies squad in the United Kingdom following the match. Toby Macpherson partners with Nick Frost in the second row.
The reserves bench introduces a completely revamped front-row combination from the Nashville fixture, featuring Wallabies hooker Lachlan Lonergan alongside Lington Ieli and Edwin Langi. Eamon Doyle, Rory Scott, and Tim Ryan complete the matchday 23. The fixture broadcasts live on Stan Sport.
