New York, NY – March 9, 2026 – Clay, an artificial intelligence-driven sales platform, has secured a 10-year lease for 163,095 square feet at 11 Madison Avenue in Midtown South, New York City. The company, which originated in Brooklyn, is relocating from its previous office at 111 West 19th Street to accommodate its rapid growth.
Growth Fueled by Revenue Success
The move comes after Clay surpassed $100 million in annual recurring revenue, prompting the need for a larger and more ambitious workspace, according to SL Green Realty, the building’s owner. The company will occupy the 14th and 16th floors of the 2.3 million-square-foot office tower.

About 11 Madison Avenue
Originally designed by Harvey Wiley Corbett and Dan Everett Wade in 1928 and completed in 1950, 11 Madison Avenue was initially conceived as a 100-story skyscraper. While the Great Depression limited its final height to 30 stories, the building’s base was constructed to support an additional 70 floors. It is considered one of the finest Art Deco structures in America.
