Ferrara Food Festival 2025 a Ferrara

From 31 October to 2 November 2025 the historic center of Ferrara hosts the Ferrara Food festival 2025 wich includes many events. In the Castle Courtyard, the surprising Trial of Pampepato Ferrarese will be staged, a real court-style hearing, where the accused will be the sweet symbol of the city. In the heart of the historic centre, however, there is room for wonder with the Maxi Installation: a giant nest of noodles designed to amaze and involve. a unique multi-sensory experience: the Sound Pumpkin; through a sensor system designed by sound engineer Nicolò Zilocchi, the pumpkin becomes a musical instrument, transforming the human touch into notes and vibrations. An original way to explore the relationship between nature, technology and perception.

Sciocola a Modena

From 30 October to 2 November, in the historic center of Modena, chocolate meets the art of comics with a maxi chocolate sculpture by Wolf Albert on the occasion of Sciocolà – Artisan Chocolate Festival.The event,which includes an area of over 100 stands in the heart of Modena,between Via Emilia,Corso Duomo,Piazza Matteotti,Piazza Grande,a Unesco Heritage site,with its majestic Ghirlandina,Piazza Mazzini and Piazza Torre,has free entry.Even for the 2025 edition, the program is very rich, including show cooking, guided tastings and thematic meetings. There will also be workshops for children and teenagers where they can experiment with the art of chocolate, music, traveling shows and much more.

Day of the Dead in Milan

On Sunday, November 2nd, starting at 6:45 pm, thousands of participants will parade through the main streets of Milan, from Piazza San Babila to Piazza Castello, dressed in traditional clothing to celebrate the festival honoring the dead, inspired by Día de Muertos, the famous Mexican festival that has also spread to other countries around the world, including Italy. Actually, every year on November 1st and 2nd, the cemeteries of Mexico are tinged with orange and the tombs of the deceased are filled with cempasúchil flowers, candles, and papel picado of all colors to celebrate an ancient and notably heartfelt tradition.

Ciuìga Festival in San Lorenzo Dorsino (TN)

The authentic nineteenth-century sausage, today a Presidio Slow Food, is the protagonist of the traditional festival of San Lorenzo Dorsino, which this year will be held from October 31st to November 2nd. A great popular festival, combining gastronomy and folklore that involves the entire town. In the cellars of the old peasant houses, producers of Trentino excellence and artisans set up a typical market with thier artefacts. Moreover, tastings of mountain bubbles and trentino wines are organized, and along the route of the festival, gastronomic inns are open where you can taste simple traditional peasant dishes. For children, creative workshops, fairy tale readings, old-fashioned games, puppet shows, and an educational farm are organized during the festival.
