The Concejo Deliberante of Alta Gracia, Argentina, has officially declared “Voces del Falla”—an educational streaming project from the Instituto Manuel de Falla—a site of Educational, Cultural, and Technological Interest. Launched in April 2024, the platform serves as a digital stage for students ranging from kindergarten through sixth grade.
Legislative Backing for Digital Classrooms
On July 15, 2024, local lawmakers formalized the recognition following a proposal from the Commission of Culture, Tourism, Education, and Sports. Council members praised the project for integrating digital media into the classroom to build a more participatory environment. The legislative resolution notes that the initiative strengthens the connection between the school, local families, and the wider community, positioning Alta Gracia as a hub for pedagogical innovation.
Empowering Young Creators
“Voces del Falla” shifts the traditional role of students from passive observers to active creators. The production process involves children as young as four years old in a variety of roles, including:
