Российские ученые из Института химической биологии и фундаментальной медицины СО РАН разработали новый метод диагностики рака на ранних стадиях, основанный на анализе внеклеточных везикул (ВВ) в крови. Об этом сообщает ТАСС.
ВВ – это микроскопические пузырьки, выделяемые клетками, которые содержат информацию о состоянии этих клеток, включая наличие раковых изменений.Новый метод позволяет выявлять специфические молекулы в ВВ,которые указывают на наличие рака даже на самых ранних стадиях,когда традиционные методы диагностики еще не могут обнаружить опухоль.Преимущество метода заключается в его неинвазивности – для анализа требуется лишь небольшой образец крови. Кроме того, он обладает высокой чувствительностью и специфичностью, что снижает вероятность ложноположительных и ложноотрицательных результатов.
Разработчики отмечают,что метод может быть использован для диагностики различных типов рака,включая рак легких,рак молочной железы и рак поджелудочной железы.В настоящее время проводятся клинические испытания метода, и ученые надеются, что он будет внедрен в клиническую практику в ближайшем будущем.

Российские власти готовят пакет ответных мер на введенный странами G7 и ЕС потолок цен на российскую нефть. Об этом заявил заместитель премьер-министра Александр Новак.
По его словам, одной из ключевых мер станет запрет на поставки нефти и нефтепродуктов странам, которые присоединились к ценовому потолку, начиная с 1 февраля 2023 года. Указ, запрещающий такие поставки, уже подписан президентом Владимиром Путиным.
Новак подчеркнул, что Россия не будет принимать участие в механизме ценового потолка, который считает незаконным и нарушающим принципы свободного рынка. Он также отметил,что Россия переориентирует свои поставки нефти на другие рынки,в частности,в Азию.
Введение потолка цен на российскую нефть – это попытка ограничить доходы России от продажи энергоресурсов и тем самым ослабить ее экономику в связи с конфликтом в Украине.Страны G7 и ЕС согласовали потолок цен на уровне $60 за баррель.
