Bending Spoons Acquires Vimeo for $1.38 Billion, Taking Platform Private
September 10, 2025 – Technology group Bending Spoons has finalized the acquisition of Vimeo, a leading video hosting adn collaboration platform, for approximately $1.38 billion in cash. The deal, announced Wednesday, transitions Vimeo to a privately held company.
