Desperate Appeal for Missing British Doctor Last Seen on Costa del Sol

FAMILY of a missing British-based doctor last seen on the Costa del Sol have launched a desperate appeal for help finding him.

Rory (“Rory”) Tanner, from Harrow, London could be living off-grid from his car and sleeping on sun loungers around the Málaga area according to his brother.

Rufus Tanner revealed in a social media plea that Ruaridh was last known to be in Nerja, east of Malaga, on October 25.

After that, the trail went cold.

Now, he is calling on expats in the Costa del Sol to keep a look out and pass on any information.

Search for Missing British Doctor in Costa del Sol

A search is underway for a British doctor who has gone missing in the Costa del Sol region of Spain. Ruaridh, whose surname hasn’t been released, was last known to be in Nerja, east of Malaga.

An appeal for information was posted on Facebook by a man named Rufus,who is assisting in the search. He described Ruaridh as a qualified doctor and stated they simply want to make contact with him.

Rufus urged people not to approach Ruaridh directly, but to contact him instantly if they have any information. He shared details about Ruaridh’s last known location and asked for help spreading the word.

Responses to the appeal included offers to share the post, but also a suggestion to contact the police. One commenter pointed out that Ruaridh may be intentionally out of contact, or possibly injured or in trouble.

As of Wednesday night, it wasn’t clear whether the police had been notified about Ruaridh’s disappearance.
