The “50 Shades of Gray” actor, who recently split from her longtime love, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, laid out her biggest red flag in a video Q&A wiht Vogue Germany shared on Tuesday.
“Men who wear flip-flops in public.Run,” Johnson said in her characteristically blunt manner.
Johnson previously revealed another dating nonnegotiable earlier this summer when doing press for her movie “Materialists,” in which she plays a matchmaker.

Neither the Madame Web actress nor the Coldplay frontman has been publicly linked to anyone else since the breakup.
Johnson recently shared her thoughts on dating while discussing her film Materialists with Deadline. She explained that conversations with the film’s director, Celine Song, led her to the conclusion that “dating sucks.”
“I don’t have personal experience, but I know from friends of mine that trying to find your person is just tough,” Johnson said in July. She added, “It’s both beautiful and scary, and I think it makes every human question their worth, which is sad.” Johnson acknowledged the varying experiences people have with finding love, noting that dating apps, setups by friends, and matchmakers can all be successful avenues. “There’s no right or wrong answer to love,” she stated.
