Update on Delhi High Court Interim Order

Mercantile Ports & Logistics Limited (AIM: MPL), which operates and continues too develop a port and logistics facility in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, provides an update following the Delhi High CourtS ruling on the hearing of October 6, 2025, in the Company’s petition concerning the annulment of the previously sanctioned One-Time Settlement (“OTS”) and Swiss-Challenge process agreed with its lending consortium.

Court Decision on Interim Relief

The Court has declined to grant the Company interim relief at this stage. This means the previously sanctioned OTS and Swiss-Challenge process remain in effect pending a full hearing on the merits of the case.

Next Steps

the Company will continue to vigorously pursue its petition with the delhi High Court. We remain confident in our legal position and believe that the annulment of the OTS and Swiss-challenge process is in the best interests of all stakeholders.

Impact and Outlook

while the denial of interim relief is a setback, it does not fundamentally alter the Company’s long-term strategy. We are committed to resolving this matter expeditiously and will keep shareholders informed of any material developments. We continue to focus on the operational performance of our port and logistics facility in Navi Mumbai.
