The Difference You Make:

As a Teller,you’ll help customers with their financial needs and process transactions. You’ll provide excellent customer service, solve problems, reduce risk, protect against fraud, suggest helpful products, and get help with complex issues when needed.

  • Provide excellent customer service by welcoming customers, keeping wait times short, and helping with their banking needs.
  • Process transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Handle cash and keep accurate cash drawer balances.
  • Follow all bank policies and procedures, including compliance and risk management, to prevent fraud.
  • identify opportunities to offer bank products and build stronger customer relationships.
  • Help customers use digital tools and learn about self-service options.
  • Assist with operational tasks like custodianship and audits.
  • Keep your work area clean and organized to create a welcoming habitat.
  • You may be asked to support nearby branches when needed.

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience – Required.
  • 6+ Months of cash handling experience – Required.
