“With this concert we want to give a message hopefulthat when we are suffering we can ask for help and that it is important to let yourself be helped” declares Magdalena Pereznational head of suicide prevention Hope Phone, at the press conference before the solidarity concert ‘Grab life’, at the NGO’s headquarters in Madrid.
It is concertwhich will take place next thursday september 7 at the Wizink Center in Madrid, joins many other initiatives of the Telephone of Hope that are part of the project ‘grab life’.
This project’s main objective is to help make emotional health care visible and how that care is a key factor in the prevention of suicide, Through the art.
“Cinema, theater, photography or literature are very powerful resources through which we can also help someone who is suffering and it’s hard for him to find meaning in life,” says Magdalena Pérez.
Rozalen, Arkano, Ismael Serrano, Nena Daconte, Feten Feten, El Langui, Huecco, DJ Nano and White Dove are some of the artists who will participate in the solidarity concert.
