Stock Market Drops Amid Protests
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Capital market analysts say the stock market fell as much as 2% today as of protests and resulting deaths.
Arjun ajwani, a research analyst at Infovesta Kapital Advisori, explained that the protests can change how investors feel, causing them to pull money out of the stock market. “The protests also create a risk of political instability, which could slow down investment from outside the country,” he told CNBC indonesia on Friday, August 29, 2025.
