Operating principles of the platform

Capitalia platform allows investors to finance companies in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Finland. Depending on the company’s risk profile and collateral, the interest rates offered range from 7% to 18%, with a weighted average return of around 12% per year. Loan terms are from three months to five years (18 months on average).
