Josh Allen returns to U.S. Bank Stadium on Monday night to face the Minnesota Vikings, revisiting the U.S. Bank Stadium turf where he launched his first career highlight-reel hurdle over linebacker Anthony Barr during a Week 3 blowout victory in 2018.

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen faces the Minnesota Vikings at 8:15 p.m. ET on ESPN, returning to the indoor venue where oddsmakers installed his team as 17-point underdogs years ago, the Democrat and Chronicle reported.

Revisiting U.S. Bank Stadium

The 2018 matchup marked just Allen’s second NFL start. During the 27-6 victory, he vaulted over Anthony Barr to produce his first viral play.

“Surprised me, too,” Allen said of the memes and t-shirts that followed, according to the Democrat and Chronicle.

“I was a good athlete in college. High school I was not.”

That moment provided early validation for the young quarterback. He admitted it was when he thought, “You know what? I do belong here.”

Facing a Loud Dome

The Vikings enter the contest with a strong record and a defense playing outstanding football. Allen told the Democrat and Chronicle that the environment will present a major challenge.

“They’re going to be a loud fan base,” Allen said. “That’s what I do remember about being there, early in that game just how loud it was, and they’ve got their Skol chant, which is an awesome tradition.”

The game features no weather concerns inside the dome. Kickoff is scheduled for 8:15 p.m. ET, with television coverage broadcast nationally on ESPN. Joe Buck handles play-by-play duties alongside analyst Troy Aikman, with Lisa Salters and Laura Rutledge reporting from the sidelines.

Betting Lines and Broadcast Details

BetMGM lists the Bills as 3-point favorites with an over-under set at 44.0 points. The money line stands at minus-175 for Buffalo and plus-145 for Minnesota.

Radio listeners can catch the Bills feed on SiriusXM channel 193 or the Vikings feed on channel 192. Chris Brown provides the play-by-play for the Bills Radio Network alongside analyst Eric Wood and sideline reporter Steve Tasker.
